The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine appointed Volodymyr Kudrytskyi, Chief Investment and Strategy Officer at Ukrenergo, member of the Naftogaz Supervisory board.
We heartily congratulate our colleague on the appointment. We are convinced his candidacy is an intelligent, deliberate and right choice. Being at Ukrenergo Volodymyr Kudrytskyi managed the development of the first-ever 10-year Company`s strategy which aim is to transform Ukrenergo into the top-5 European transmission system operator integrated into ENTSO-E due to the performance indicators and technological development.

Volodymyr also initiated the establishment and headed the Ukrenergo project management office, one of the largest offices in Ukraine which investment portfolio amounts to 1.5 million US dollars and covering almost 30 projects in Ukraine.
Volodymyr Kudrytskyi possesses a sound experience within oil and gas sector. Previously he held the position of the Development Director in the PJSC “Ukrtransnafta” where he completely transformed the procurement process, reduced technological losses and costs of two key investment projects and established as well the internal control function.

Holding a position of the Naftogaz Supervisory board member, Volodymyr Kudrytskyi will fully perform his responsibilities as the Chief Investment and Strategy Officer at Ukrenergo.
We would like to mention as well the appointment of the top-managers at the supervisory boards of the independent companies is a common practice within the western corporate business. Rainer Joswig, the member of the Transnet Executive board, serves as a member at the VDE supervisory board and in the FGH and ENTSO-E associations. J.M. (Mel) Kroon, CEO at Tennet, serves as a member of the supervisory board in seven companies, including the non-energy ones.
