    To presume as an expedient one instead of the typical Terms of Reference to develop a feasibility study of a scheme of power distribution (for power stations) been published on an outdated SE NPC UKRENERGO website in 2013 while development of the out-of-stage works like “Capacity output schemes of power stations” and “External power supply schemes to consumers”. The customers should follow the requirements of СОУ-Н ЕЕ 40.1-00100227-103:2014 namely “Execution of the schemes for prospective development of the IPS of Ukraine, certain power centers and power districts. Rules”​​​.
