    Abiding by the principle of transparency and openness, Ukrenergo provides regular financial statements and performance reports.

    Ukrenergo’s financial statements are compliant with the National Financial Reporting Standards.

    Information regarding plans and results of Ukrenergo’s economic and financial activity and the Company’s tariffs are available in the following documents:

    Financial plan *

    The Company’s financial plan is developed in accordance with the Commercial Code of Ukraine and on the basis of the tariff schedule for electricity transmission via trunk and interstate power grids, approved by the National Commission for Regulation of Energy and Utilities Sectors.

    Financial plan balances the sources of revenue, sets out areas of financing (in particular, development of trunk grids) and payment of taxes and mandatory duties to the State Budget of Ukraine. Financial plan requires approval by the Government.

    Auditor’s report

    Ukrenergo has been undergoing financial audits by international companies since 2005. The 2016 audit was performed by Deloitte and Touche YUSK PrJSC. The auditor was chosen in accordance with IBRD’s recommendations.

    In the auditor’s opinion, “…the financial statements present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of the company and its financial results and cash flows in accordance with the International Financial Reporting Standards” (from the 2015 auditor’s report).[tab]

    Tariffs 

    Ukrenergo’s tariffs for electricity transmission via trunk and interstate power grids, including the fee for dispatch control of Ukraine’s Integrated Power System, are set by the National Commission for Regulation of Energy and Utility Sectors (NCREUS).

    On December 10, 2019, the NEURC approved the tariffs of NPC Ukrenergo for 2020 for the transmission of electricity and for the services of dispatch (operational and technological) control.

    On June 7, 2019, NEURC approved the tariffs of Ukrenergo for the second half of the year 2019, which take into account the launch of the new electricity market and ensure the covering of additional costs, which the transmission system operator will incur in the second half of the year 2019.
