Previously, she worked at Economic Security Department of Ukrenergo, which allowed her to study in detail all peculiarities and issues related to the procurement of goods, works and services within the company, initiated and ensured the introduction of a Company Price Guide, which reduced the time needed to plan needs and allocate budgets.
Maryna has 20 years of experience in procurement management in the private sector.
She gained specialised expertise while studying for the Center of Excellence in Procurement at the Kyiv School of Economics. She integrates the knowledge gained directly into the company’s procurement policy, introducing new tools for efficient planning of needs, category formation and management, among others.
She received a degree in economics, and later a law degree, from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
