    Responsible for implementation of technical programs and measures aimed at ensuring the reliable functioning of trunk and interstate power grids equipment. Controls and oversees operation, repair and renovation of power grids, technical development of relay protection and automatic failure prevention devices.

    Mykola Bielkin’s scope of responsibility also includes development and implementation of measures aimed at preparing and facilitating the operation of power grids during the fall-winter period.

    Mykola Belkin has over 35 years of experience of working in energy sector, mostly in managerial engineering positions at Ukrenergo.

    During this time, he participated in development and implementation of numerous national programs on strategic development of Ukraine’s IPS, energy efficiency programs and energy consumption reduction programs. He also organized and oversaw implementation of technical development of the company’s trunk power grids to accommodate active growth of facilities generating electricity from renewable sources.

    Mykola Belkin received his first experience as an engineer when working at Chornobyl NPP and Prypiat RPA.

    A graduate of Kharkiv Polytechnic Institute, majoring in Electrical Stations.
