Luigi de Francisci has more than 20 years of experience in electric power industry, 13 of which he served as Regulatory Affairs, Grid Planning and Commercial Activities Director and as Executive Vice-President of the Italian trunk power grid operator TERNA S.p.A. with a turnover of 2.6 billion euros. He headed the Study and Legislation Department in Enel S.p.A., the second-largest company in Europe in terms of installed capacity. He had experience in developing renewable energy projects and worked closely with regulators at the national, European and international levels. Luigi has been a member of the Advisory Council and the Assembly of the European Network of Transmission System Operators (ENTSO-E), member of the supervisory board in JAO, member of the Board in UCTE and ETSO. Luigi has worked as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of CGES, the Montenegrin TSO, for 5 years.
