Oleksandr Baraniuk has extensive experience in managing corporate rights of the state and state-owned enterprises, as well as in projects related to improving the interaction between the legislative and executive branches of the government, international cooperation, etc.
He is the executive director of the Public Association Smart Grids of Ukraine, which unites 14 distribution system operators (DSOs). He was an expert on legal issues of parliamentary supervision (control) of the Parliamentary Reform Office (EU/UNDP Parliamentary Reform Project).
Before joining the private sector, he had more than ten years of experience in the executive and judicial branches of the government. In particular, he was the deputy director of the Department of Corporate Rights Management of State and State-Owned Enterprises at the State Property Fund of Ukraine, a chief consultant of the International Cooperation Department at the Supreme Court of Ukraine, and started his career as a specialist of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine.
