The Company’s CEO responsible for overseeing Ukrenergo’s operating activity, development strategy, investments and international cooperation. He became the first top manager to drastically change the principles of management and project implementation and create a new team of reformers.
Before his appointment as CEO, he has been working at the Company for several years, studying Ukrenergo from the inside and managing investments and cooperation with international financial institutions.
In 2008, Vsevolod worked as the Executive Director for Economic Policy and Analysis and Acting Vice President for Finance at Energoatom NJSEC, Ukrainian state generating company producing over 50% of electricity in the country. During 2001-07, Vsevolod worked at Nafrogaz of Ukraine NJSC.
As a department director, Vsevolod has improved the system of information and analytical support, helping improve effectiveness of managerial decisions.
He also boasts extensive experience working in private sector of economy.
A graduate of Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University, majoring in economics and holding the master’s degree in management.
Received the second degree in electrical engineering and electrical technologies from Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute.
An MBA student at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
Fluent English, basic German.
