Valerii Polshkov’s key responsibility is to make procurements fast and transparent with the maximum economic effect for the Company.
Has over 10 years of experience working in managerial positions at companies of energy sector, overseeing, in particular, material and technical support, organization of procurements at state companies.
Has in-depth knowledge of the provisions of Ukrainian law regulating government and public procurements, and the skills in practical application of these provisions.
In 2016, Valerii Polshkov worked as CEO at Spetsagroleasing SE, a company providing financial services to Ukrainian agricultural producers.
During 2013-2014, he chaired the tender committee at Chornomornaftogaz PJSC.
At various periods, he oversaw departments responsible for public procurements at Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC, Atomproectengineering VP and Atomkomplekt VP of Energoatom NNPC.
Valerii Polshkov participated in implementation of the project envisaging construction of reactors at Khmelnytska NPP, and the largest international project featuring construction of a spent nuclear fuel disposal facility in Chornobyl Alienation Zone.
A graduate of Horlivka Industrial College with the degree in mining mechanical engineering, also studying at Kazan Institute of Chemical Technologies, Faculty of Chemical Technologies.
In 2014, Valerii Polshkov received a degree in public administration from Odesa National Academy of Law.
